Standard Life voting rights now 11.01%

Standard Life Investments Limited notified the Company on 1 November 2010 that
as at 29 October 2010 it held voting rights in respect of 20,890,987 shares of
Bodycote plc representing 11.01% of the voting rights in Bodycote's issued
share capital (previously 10.96% on 14 October 2010).
