Standard Life voting rights now at 13.03%

Standard Life Investments Limited notified the Company on 30 November 2010 that
as at 29 November 2010 it held voting rights in respect of 24,731,115 shares of
Bodycote plc representing 13.03% of the voting rights in Bodycote's issued
share capital (previously 12.23% on 4 November 2010).
