Standard Life Investments Limited notified the Company on 26 February 2010 that
as at 25 February 2010 it held voting rights in respect of 17,304,165 shares of
Bodycote plc representing 9.19% of the voting rights in Bodycote's issued share
capital (previously 8.03% on 10 February 2010)
