                          Change of Company Secretary

The Company announces that, with immediate effect, Laurence Sudwarts has
resigned as Company Secretary and has been replaced by Marta Halabala.
The Board thanks Mr Sudwarts for his hard work and professionalism since
his appointment as Company Secretary and General Counsel in 2012 and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Ms Halabala is currently Chief Legal Officer of the Company in Ukraine.
Having joined Cadogan in September 2009, Ms Halabala brings to the role
a deep knowledge of the Company and its staff, as well as a thorough
understanding of the legal, compliance and operational environment in
Ukraine. The Board is delighted to welcome her to the role.
