ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2014
Due to circumstances beyond its control, it will not be possible for the Annual
General Meeting of the Company to be held on 26 June 2014. The Annual General
Meeting of the Company will instead be held at 10.30 a.m. on 23 June 2014, at
Chandos House, 2 Queen Anne Street, London, W1G 9LQ.

NATIONAL STORAGE MECHANISM

A copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statements will be submitted shortly
to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will be available for inspection at
the NSM, which is situated at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm
