Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility or Connected Persons
On 18 October 2005, Caledonia Investments plc (`Caledonia') was notified that
on 9 August 2005, the Hon Charles Cayzer, a director of Caledonia Investments
plc, transferred 3,200 Caledonia ordinary 5p shares to each of his children,
Victoria Amanda Cayzer and Charles William Cayzer, at a price of 1545p per
share.
The 6,400 shares transferred, representing 0.01% of the issued ordinary share
capital of Caledonia, were registered in the name of Hon Charles William Cayzer
and have been registered in the name of Caytrust Finance Company Limited on
behalf of his children.
The above transactions do not alter the Hon Charles Cayzer's interests in
Caledonia for the purposes of section 324 (as extended by section 328) of the
Companies Act 1985, which remain as follows:
Beneficial: 90,730 0.14%
Non-beneficial: 83,009 0.13%
Options: 74,135
This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with DR3.1.4R
(1)(a) only.
