The Capita Group Plc will hold its Annual General Meeting at Deutsche Bank, 1
Great Winchester Street, London EC2N 2DB on Wednesday 6 May 2009 at 11.00am.
The following documents have been sent to shareholders today:
* Annual Report and Accounts 2008;
* Notice of 2009 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"); and
* Form of Proxy.
The Capita Group Plc has submitted two copies each of the above documents to
the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and these documents will shortly be available
for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2008 and Notice of AGM, which includes
a summary of the proposed changes to the Articles of Association, will be
available on the Company's website at www.capita.co.uk on Friday 27 March 2009.
Copies of the new Articles of Association, showing the amendments to be
proposed at the AGM, will be forwarded to the UKLA and the FSA in accordance
with DTR 6.1.2.
