Capita Board Update
Capita plc today announces that current joint Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Andy Parker will additionally take on the role of Deputy Chief Executive from 1
June 2013.
Andy Parker will continue in his current role as joint COO with Vic Gysin, both
reporting to Paul Pindar, Chief Executive. Andy will additionally take on the
role of Deputy Chief Executive to enable him to more directly support Paul as
Capita continues to grow strongly across a wide spectrum of market sectors.
Paul Pindar, Chief Executive, Capita, said: "This new enlarged role recognises
Andy's depth of skills and experience and his valued contribution to Capita's
success. Andy has played a key role in enhancing the operational strength of
the company and in broadening our capability through identifying and
successfully integrating a number of key acquisitions. As Deputy Chief

pleased that I will benefit from Andy's direct support."
About Andy Parker: Andy joined Capita in 2001 and was appointed to the Board in
January 2011. In his role as joint COO, he oversees the majority of Capita's
non-financial services operations. Andy is a chartered accountant and has
strong operational, commercial and financial experience. Since joining Capita
he has held a number of senior roles across the Group, including Executive
Divisional Director of the ICT, health & business services division and spent
three years as Senior Divisional Finance Director. He has experience within the
majority of Capita's divisions and has been instrumental in developing our
presence in additional markets such as health, justice and the emergency
services. Previously, he led the commercial function at Phoenix IT Group across
both operations and major sales and held senior UK and international finance
roles at Misys PLC.
