Exercise of Options - Long Term Incentive Plan 2008 ("LTIP")

The Director referred to above exercised nil cost options granted to him
under the LTIP in 2012. The resulting shares were sold immediately as set out
below. The shares were sold at a price of £12.066 per share. The number of nil
cost options that lapsed upon vesting is also detailed:
