Change in Board Responsibilities - Nigel Wilson to stand down as Senior
Independent Director
Capita plc ('Capita') today announces that Senior Independent Director, Nigel
Wilson, is to stand down from the Board from 31 December 2012. Nigel joined
Capita as a Senior Independent Director in May 2010.
Paul Pindar, Chief Executive of Capita plc, commented;
