Appointment of Senior Independent Director
Capita plc announces that Gillian Sheldon, Non-Executive Director of the
Company, will be appointed as Senior Independent Director from 1 January 2013.
Gillian joined the board on 1 September 2012 and is a member of the nomination,
audit and remuneration committees.
