                             Dividend Declaration                              

The Board is recommending to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting a final
dividend of 17.8p per ordinary share (2012: 15.6p), making a total of 26.5p for
the year (2012: 23.5p) representing an increase for the year of 13%.

The final dividend will be payable on 28 May 2014 to shareholders on the
register at the close of business on 22 April 2014. Shareholders may elect to
reinvest their final dividend in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"). The
last day for DRIP elections and revocations is 21 days before the dividend
payment date and will be 7 May 2014.
