The Capita Group Plc will hold its Annual General Meeting at 11.00am on Tuesday
11 May 2010 at Deutsche Bank, 1 Great Winchester Street, London EC2N 2DB.

The following documents have been sent to shareholders today:

  * Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009;
  * Notice of 2010 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"); and
  * Form of Proxy.
   
The Capita Group Plc has submitted two copies of the above documents to the UK
Listing Authority ("UKLA") and these documents will shortly be available for
inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
