The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")
SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 600,000 ordinary shares in the
Company on 19th May 2010 at a price of 808.41p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 6,853,284 shares in Treasury and
has 620,622,211 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
