The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")

SHARE REPURCHASE

The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 229,025 ordinary shares in the
Company on 26th May 2010 at a price of 768.99p per share.

The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.

Following the above purchase the Company holds 8,432,309 shares in Treasury and
has 619,045,386 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
