The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")

SHARE REPURCHASE

The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 158,473 ordinary shares in the
Company on 22nd June 2010 at a price of 766.88p per share.

The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.

Following the above purchase the Company holds 9,026,645 shares in Treasury and
has 618,451,050 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
