The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")

SHARE REPURCHASE

The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 20,321 ordinary shares in the
Company on 23rd June 2010 at a price of 770p per share.

The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.

Following the above purchase the Company holds 9,044,089 shares in Treasury and
has 618,433,606 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
