The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")
SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 53,975 ordinary shares in the
Company on 24th June 2010 at a price of 767p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 9,098,064 shares in Treasury and
has 618,379,631 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
