Capita Group plc ("the Company")
SHARE REPURCHASE
Capita Group plc announces that it purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the
Company on 1 March 2010 at a price of 719.00p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 1,877,514 shares in Treasury and
has 622,949,406 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
