Capita Group plc ("the Company")

SHARE REPURCHASE

Capita Group plc announces that it purchased 135,810 ordinary shares in the
Company on 22 March 2010 at a price of 749.02p per share.

The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.

Following the above purchase the Company holds 2,753,284 shares in Treasury and
has 622,568,931 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
