The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")
SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 92,882 ordinary shares in the
Company on 23rd July 2010 at a price of 735.04p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 11,820,576 shares in Treasury
and has 615,657,119 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
