The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")

SHARE REPURCHASE

The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 425,254 ordinary shares in the
Company on 28th July 2010 at a price of 734.97p per share.

The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.

Following the above purchase the Company holds 12,745,830 shares in Treasury
and has 614,731,865 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
