The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")
SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 325,897 ordinary shares in the
Company on 13th August 2010 at a price of 697.10p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 13,945,779 shares in Treasury
and has 613,531,916 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
