The Company announces that, subject to approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting 
on 11 July 2014, the dividend timetable is: 

Ex-dividend date: 4 June 2014
Record date: 6 June 2014
Payment date: 17 July 2014


Capital Gearing operates as an investment company as defined under s. 833 Companies Act 2006. 
Its investment objective is to achieve capital growth in absolute terms principally through 
investment in quoted closed-ended and other collective investment vehicles, which invest 
in equities or property, and which have a willingness to hold cash, bonds, index-linked 
securities and commodities when appropriate.
