In accordance with Listing Rule 15.6.8, Capital Gearing Trust p.l.c announces

It should be noted that the above percentages are calculated using `bid
prices'.

Note:
This announcement has been re-issued as the version released this morning
incorrectly labelled Advance Developing Markets as `subscription shares',
whereas these shares are now in fact ordinary shares, having been exercised.
