Carnival plc Annual Information Update

Annual Information Update for the period 13 April 2009 to 12 April 2010.

Carnival plc (the "Company") is pleased to provide its fifth Annual Information
Update under Prospectus Rule 5.2. The following information and documents were
published, or made available to the public, for the period from 13 April 2009
