Carnival Announces Share Repurchase Program


 

MIAMI, Nov. 24, 2015 -- Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) announces that it has initiated repurchasing stock under its currently authorized $1 billion share repurchase program. The company began repurchasing shares during its third fiscal quarter of 2015, has continued repurchasing shares during its fourth fiscal quarter of 2015 and intends to enter into a 10B-5 program to repurchase stock during its regularly scheduled close periods.
