CCL; NYSE: CUK) announce that its joint current report on Form 8-K was filed
with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 20, 2009 and a copy
was submitted to the UK Listing Authority regarding the adoption of amended
and restated Articles of Association of Carnival plc and amended and restated
By-Laws of Carnival Corporation and the amendment of the Memorandum of
