MIAMI (September 24, 2010) - Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE:
CUK) announce that its joint current report on Form 8-K was filed with the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission on September 24, 2010 and a copy was
submitted to the UK Listing Authority announcing that Carnival Corporation
issued a notice of redemption to holders of its 2% Convertible Senior
Debentures due 2021. A copy of the joint current report on Form 8-K will be
