MIAMI (April 18, 2012) - Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK)
announce that its joint current report on Form 8-K was filed with the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission on April 17, 2012 regarding the voting
results at the annual shareholders meetings held on April 11, 2012. A copy of
the joint current report on Form 8-K, together with a copy of the resolutions
passed as special business at the annual shareholders meetings, have been
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism. Both the joint current report and
copy of the resolutions passed as special business will be available shortly
