McNulty to Serve on Compensation Committee for Carnival Corporation & Plc

MIAMI, July 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL)
(NYSE: CUK) announced today that John McNulty, who last month was appointed as
a non-executive director for the company's boards of directors, will serve on
the boards' compensation committee.
Carnival Corporation & plc also confirms pursuant to paragraph 16.4 of the
UK Listing Rules that there is no information required to be disclosed under
paragraphs 6.F.2(b) to (g) of the Rules in respect of John McNulty.
