    MIAMI, Oct. 27 -- Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) 
announce that a copy of a current report on Form 8-K has been filed with the 
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and submitted to the UK Listing 
Authority.  As further described in the Form 8-K, on October 21, 2005, 
Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc have entered into a multi-currency 
facility agreement with a syndicate of financial institutions.  The Form 8-K 
will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's
