RESULTS OF ANNUAL MEETING - CURRENT REPORT ON FORM 8-K

held its annual shareholders' meetings on April 17, 2014 in New York, New York,
United States of America, and has announced that all of the resolutions
recommended by the Boards of Directors were passed at the annual general
meetings.
