Director/PDMR Dealing
The Board of Cubus Lux plc (the "Company") on 3 July 2008 received notification
that on 3 July 2008, Gerhard Huber, Executive Chairman of the Company, bought
10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange at a price of €0.185 (approximately £0.148) per share, the total consideration for
this dealing being €1,850 (approximately £1,480).
As a result of these purchases, Mr Huber now has the following interests in the
Company's issued share capital:
