Director's Dealings
On 22 February 2010, Cubus Lux was informed that Gerhard Huber, the Company's
Chairman, acquired a further 10,800 shares at approximately 16p per share on 19
February 2010.
Following this purchase, Mr Huber's interests in ordinary shares of 10p each in
the Company will be as follows:
