Further re Issue of Equity
Further to the readmission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM on 8
February 2008, and the announcement of 11 February 2008 concerning the issue of
220,000 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
for cash, a clerical error has come to light, whereby the total number of
Ordinary Shares in issue was incorrectly stated on readmission as being
102,044,089, and in fact should have been 101,989,666.
In order to correct this error, an amended application has been made regarding
the admission to trading on AIM of the 220,000 new Ordinary Shares the subject
of the 11 February 2008 announcement, which will result in the admission of
165,577 new Ordinary Shares, with dealings expected to comments on 15 February
2008.
Following this admission, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be
102,209,666.
