Board Changes
CEPS PLC announces that Geoff Martin is to retire as Company Secretary on 1
January 2010 and as Financial Director on 28 February 2010. He joined the
company in August 1981, was appointed Financial Director on 1 January 1986 and
is to retire from his executive duties at his request, having reached normal
retirement date. The Board is pleased that Geoff has accepted their invitation
to become a non-executive director with effect from 1 March 2010.
CEPS PLC is delighted to announce that Vivien Langford (48) is to join the
company on 1 January 2010 as Company Secretary and Financial Controller. Vivien
is a Chartered Accountant with experience of similar roles in a number of other
publicly quoted companies.
