The board of Corsie Group plc (the "Company") was informed that Richard Corsie,
a director of the Company, yesterday bought 550,000 ordinary shares through his
pension fund, all at a price of 2.1p. As a result, Mr Corsie holds 102,749,313
ordinary shares representing 53.40 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
