(representing 6.01% of the total number of shares in circulation. Not as
previously announced 1,005,000 Ordinary shares (representing 5.70% of the total

The Company announces that Colinette Holdings Limited, disposed of 55,000
Ordinary shares of Chelverton Growth Trust PLC on 1 February 2007.
Following this transaction, Mr David Horner, a Director of Chelverton Growth
Trust PLC and Managing Director of Chelverton Asset Management Limited (the
investment managers of Chelverton Growth Trust PLC) is deemed to be interested
in a total of 1,060,000 Ordinary shares (representing 6.01% of the total number
of shares in circulation).
