This announcement replaces the announcement made on 13 August 2004 in reference
to a holding in the Company.

CHELVERTON GROWTH TRUST PLC

The Company has been informed that David Horner, the Managing Director of
Chelverton Asset Management Limited (the investment managers of Chelverton
Growth Trust PLC) today purchased 50,000 Ordinary 1p shares at the price of 28
pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Horner is interested in a total of 1,006,368
Ordinary 1p Shares (representing 5.54% of the issued Ordinary Shares).
