The Company has today been informed that Sir Terence Harrison, a Director of
the Company, purchased 100,000 Ordinary 1p shares at a price of 26 pence per
share on 13 June 2002.

Following this transaction, Sir Terence Harrison is interested in a total of
136,167 Ordinary 1p Shares (representing 0.72% of the issued class of capital).
