Company, purchased 40,000 Ordinary 1p shares at a price of 21.5 pence per share
on 23 April 2002.

Following this transaction, Mr Lenygon is interested in a total of 42,411
Ordinary 1p Shares (representing 0.23% of the issued class of capital).
