Company, purchased 20,000 Ordinary 1p shares at a price of 14.96 pence per
share on 19 December 2002.

Following this transaction, Mr B N Lenygon is interested in a total of 62,411
Ordinary 1p Shares (representing 0.33% of the issued class of capital).
