Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), that:
Mr Howard Myles, a Director of the Company, was appointed as a non-executive
Director of Bilfinger Berger Global Infrastructure SICAV S.A., a company listed
on the London Stock Exchange, on 21 December 2011.
