issued class of capital) at a price of 239.00p each. The shares were purchased
pursuant to a regular monthly standing order through the Chelverton Savings
Plan.

Mr van Heesewijk is now deemed to have a disclosable interest in 15,106
ordinary shares, representing 0.09% of the issued share capital.
