Company, purchased on 3 April 2007, 13 ordinary shares (representing 0.0% of
the issued class of capital) at a price of 239.00p each. The shares were
purchased pursuant to a regular monthly standing order through the Chelverton
Savings Plan.

Lord Lamont is now deemed to have a disclosable interest in 1,356 ordinary
shares, representing 0.01% of the issued share capital.
