The Company has been advised that Lord Lamont of Lerwick, a Director of the
Company, purchased on 17 April 2007, 328 ordinary shares (representing 0.0% of
the issued class of capital) at a price of 241.00p each. The shares were
purchased pursuant to a regular monthly standing order through the Chelverton
Savings Plan.

Lord Lamont is now deemed to have a disclosable interest in 1,684 ordinary
shares, representing 0.01% of the issued share capital.
