The Company has been advised that Mr William van Heesewijk, a Director of the
Company, purchased on 17 April 2007, 21 ordinary share (representing 0.0% of
the issued class of capital) at a price of 241.00p each. The shares were
purchased pursuant to a regular monthly standing order through the Chelverton
Savings Plan.

Mr van Heesewijk is now deemed to have a disclosable interest in 15,127
ordinary shares, representing 0.09% of the issued share capital.
