Company, purchased on 17 January 2007, 340 ordinary shares (representing 0.00%
of the issued class of capital) at a price of 233p each. The shares were
purchased pursuant to a regular monthly standing order through the Chelverton
Savings Plan.

Lord Lamont is now deemed to have a disclosable interest in 681 ordinary
shares, representing 0.00% of the issued share capital.
