The Company has been advised that Mr William van Heesewijk, a Director of the
Company, purchased on 7 August 2014, 3,000 ordinary shares at a price of 1.65
each.
Mr van Heesewijk's notifiable interest in the Company's shares now totals
85,000 Ordinary shares, representing 0.51% of the issued share capital.
